Job Title: School-Based Physical Therapist (PT)
Location:New Orleans, LA

Job Description:
We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide services to K-12 students in a school setting. The PT will help students improve their physical functioning and mobility, ensuring access to the educational environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students with physical disabilities or developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy and consultations to support student mobility and physical function.
  • Collaborate with school teams to promote inclusive learning environments.
  • Document therapy sessions in pliance with state and district guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Valid LAPT license.
  • Experience in pediatrics or school settings preferred.
  • Strong munication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage caseload independently.
