Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with department leadership to achieve safety action plan success
  • Provide constant and consistent leadership, guidance, and mentoring to employees
  • Advise the Plant Safety Manager on the status of all Safety Action Plan actions
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of health and safety programs and policies
  • Lead and support the actions needed to achieve safety success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
  • Prior work experience in an industrial environment or dedicated health and safety position
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
