Position Summary: We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers to fill overnight shifts ranging from six to eight hours. This role is essential in ensuring our clients receive the necessary support during nighttime hours.
Flexible Scheduling: In addition to overnight shifts, we offer a variety of scheduling options, including short shifts, daytime hours, and live-in arrangements. Our caregivers enjoy numerous benefits, such as:
- Medical and dental insurance
- On-demand pay
- Continuous training through Care Academy
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and follow the individualized care plan established by the Care Manager.
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, which may include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, medication reminders, personal hygiene, and mobility support.
- Communicate any changes in client condition or care needs to the Care Manager promptly.
- Maintain safety protocols and notify the appropriate personnel regarding any safety concerns.
- Accurately record work hours and task status using the designated timekeeping system.
- Adhere to the company dress code and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
- Participate in ongoing training and attend staff meetings as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Work Environment: Caregivers will be responsible for safely transferring and repositioning clients, utilizing proper techniques and equipment. Reliable transportation is necessary for traveling to client locations.
Classification: This position is classified as Non-Exempt.
