Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality care to our clients in the Glendale community and surrounding areas.


Job Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks as outlined in their care plan, including personal care services and companion/homemaker tasks.
  • Implement client care plans effectively and notify the Care Manager of any concerns or changes.
  • Provide transportation, shopping, and medication reminders as needed.
  • Follow company infection control practices and notify the office of any PPE or supply needs.
  • Accurately clock in and out for scheduled shifts and update task status before leaving a client's home.
  • Conform to the company dress code and report to work on-time and ready for the day.
  • Complete ongoing training as required by client care needs and/or changes in company policies and procedures.
  • Attend staff meetings and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Ability to understand and implement client care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift and transfer clients safely.

Working Conditions

Caregivers will work in clients' homes, providing care and support in a safe and respectful environment.
