Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Southern Multifoods. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist with the management of all restaurant operations, including customer service, quality control, and inventory management.
  2. Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality products.
  3. Perform accounting responsibilities and prepare reports for submission to the home office.
  4. Administer the ACT program and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Prepare and serve customer orders according to specifications and with the highest possible quality.
  6. Work as a team member to ensure constant and consistent customer satisfaction through excellent quality, service, and cleanliness.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Basic understanding of fast food operations, production procedures, and deployment procedures.
  4. Ability to master cash control and understand and ensure adherence to Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Hospitality guidelines.
  5. Ability to work as a team member and perform job duties with a minimum of disruption to customers or fellow employees.
  6. Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 90% of shift time.
Working Conditions

Work area temperature may be extreme and noise level may be high at times. May have to work without food or drink during busy times.
