  • Assist the shift manager in supervising a team of approximately 50-70 production staff.
  • Support the Command Center in coordinating production activities.
  • Allocate and prioritize tasks effectively among team members.
  • Review and verify orders for accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, labeling, and packaging requirements.
  • Facilitate timely delivery of products.
  • Provide training to operators on quality and production processes for garments and caps.
  • Participate in the recruitment process for new hires.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficient in reading and understanding instructions in English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrated initiative, energy, and motivation.
