Make a Difference in People's Lives

Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers is seeking a patient-focused Behavioral Health Technician to join our team in an out-patient clinical mental health setting. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer TMS and esketamine therapy in accordance with clinical guidelines and protocols
  • Monitor patient wellbeing and clinical accuracy during treatment sessions
  • Review and administer psychiatric rating scales to patients
  • Identify and resolve issues related to patient discomfort during treatment
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and support to a vulnerable patient population
  • Record treatment session notes and documents in EHR
  • Schedule patients and conduct patient checkout procedures
  • Maintain understanding of general insurance and billing procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) and at least one year of experience in a patient care or mental health office setting
  • High School Diploma, Associate Degree, Medical Assistant, or other clinical certification with additional years of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and EHR systems
  • Knowledge of marketplace insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines
