**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team in Schererville, IN. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to work on a variety of projects, from installing new plumbing systems to repairing existing ones.

The successful candidate will have a current and valid Journeyman Plumbing License in Illinois and Indiana, as well as 5+ years of technical and trade experience. You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal competence, and the ability to meet attendance schedules with dependability and consistency.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Interprets blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials
  • Installs pipes and fixtures; assembles fittings and valves; and modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for installations and services
  • Performs inspections of plumbing systems to ensure quality control, adherence to all relevant codes, and to identify and replace any worn or damaged parts
