Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Audio-Visual and Technical Support Specialist to join our team at The Salvation Army Omaha Kroc Center. This role is responsible for setting up and operating audio and visual equipment, providing technical support, and maintaining equipment inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate audio and visual equipment, including digital mixers, stage lighting, digital TV screens, projectors, speakers, microphones, and other equipment as needed.
  • Provide technical support and advice to clients and staff.
  • Ensure that all audio-visual equipment meets safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Assist with setup of basic computer peripherals, phone devices, and other equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years related experience in audio-visual equipment and technical support.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of audio-visual equipment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions

This role will require working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support various events and activities.
