Job Description:
In this role, you will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inpatient and outpatient care to patients with mental health conditions
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health nursing
Requirements:
- Degree in Advanced Practice Nursing (APN) or related field
- Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the state of Illinois
- Psych certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
