Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their goals and objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Analyze client needs and devise tailored strategies to achieve their estate planning objectives.
- Document Creation: Draft a range of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and supplementary paperwork.
- Clear Communication: Effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients.
- Deadline Management: Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with clients, accountants, financial advisors, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth progress and resolution of cases.
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective clients through consistent and timely communication.
- Case Reporting: Provide detailed updates on caseload during weekly review meetings.
- Business Development: Contribute to the firm's growth by developing a loyal client base and increasing revenue through exceptional service and expertise.
Qualifications:
- Legal Credentials: Possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed with the California State Bar.
- Experience: Preferred 3+ years of experience in estate planning, encompassing client meetings, strategy development, and document preparation.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Financial Acumen: Exhibit a working knowledge of finance, investments, and taxes.
- Resilience: Ability to remain focused under pressure.
- Ethical Standards: Uphold discretion, confidentiality, and integrity in handling client information.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite and case management software.
- Additional Assets: Tax experience or CPA certification is beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $140,000 - $150,000 annual salary

Schedule and Location:
- Full-time based in Murrieta, CA
- Stable Monday to Friday work schedule
