- Develop and implement effective estate planning strategies, including the creation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of complex legal concepts to clients, ensuring they understand their estate plan.
- Work closely with clients, accountants, financial advisors, and other parties to effectively manage their estate planning matters.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in estate planning laws and regulations, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in California.
- At least 3 years of experience in estate planning, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- A competitive salary range of $140,000-$150,000.
