Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Universal Teller to join our team at First National Bank Alaska. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing various transactions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through prompt and efficient transaction processing
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of consumer products and services
  • Identify and promote cross-sell opportunities to strengthen customer relationships
  • Process financial transactions, including incoming mail, night depository transactions, and mailed requests to close accounts
  • Balance cash and coin supply within defined accuracy standards
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • 6 months Teller experience or 1 year customer service and 6 months cash handling experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment when communicating with internal and external customers
  • Unquestionable integrity and ethics
Working Conditions

The work environment is moderate, with occasional moderate noise levels.
