HCA MidAmerica Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Independence, Missouri.
About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and flexible Registered Nurse to work in our Operating Room. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans, including medication administration, wound care, and pain management.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, medications, and test results.
- Current Missouri RN license or Multistate RN License from a participating compact state.
- Minimum of 1-year Operating Room experience.
- Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Graduation from a school of nursing required.
