Your Role:

We are currently seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to manage the servicing and repair of commercial HVAC systems located on telecommunications towers. This dynamic position is ideal for individuals who are responsible, self-motivated, and eager to expand their knowledge within the Telecom industry. Candidates should be prepared for both travel and local assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair commercial cooling systems on telecommunications tower cooling units, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and replacing components as necessary.
  • Perform maintenance and upgrades on equipment during off-peak seasons.
  • Conduct regular performance checks and maintenance tasks.
  • Respond promptly to service requests, including emergency situations while on-call.
  • Complete daily work reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Travel to remote job sites as required.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Fundamental understanding of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Work Environment:

  • Compliance with FCC, FAA, EPA, and OSHA regulations is essential.
  • Ability to inspect and troubleshoot equipment effectively, both visually and audibly.
  • Willingness to be on-call and travel for work as needed, particularly during peak seasons.
  • May be required to pass a DOT physical examination.
