Surgical Instrument Technician

St. Luke's Health System is in search of a Surgical Instrument Technician.
Position OverviewAs a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the availability and cleanliness of surgical instruments and supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare case carts for upcoming surgical schedules.
- Decontaminate, prepare, package, and sterilize clinical and surgical supplies for patient care areas.
- Ensure that all necessary instruments and supplies are readily available for patient care.
- Conduct rounds to collect instruments, equipment, and supplies for reprocessing.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Transport carts to and from designated departments.
- Oversee instrument and inventory management across all areas.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
