Lead Our Cybersecurity Team

Pentera is a leader in Automated Security Validation, empowering organizations to test their cybersecurity layers with ease. As a Director of Technical Advisors, you will lead our growing team of Solutions Architects and Cyber Field Engineers in the Americas. You will work with a talented team to improve the cybersecurity resilience of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead intricate customer-facing missions with your team
• Create methodologies to improve our teams' performance
• Manage technical customer-facing tasks as the local entity
• Stay up-to-date with security trends, threats, and attack techniques
• Design deployment solutions for the Pentera platform in complex environments
• Lead technical deep dive sessions with cybersecurity experts
• Maintain customer loyalty and act as a product expert focused on customer education
• Resolve user conflicts and dissatisfaction to ensure continued customer loyalty
• Demonstrate high customer satisfaction levels and results

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of managerial experience of technical teams and managers
• At least 2 years of penetration testing/red team operations experience with a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts
• Experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework and Cyber Kill Chain
• Proficient in troubleshooting, monitoring, and managing TCP/IP networks
• Able to explain technical details and requirements to customers with different levels of expertise
• Scripting capabilities – Python, bash, PowerShell, etc.
• Team player, self-sufficient, autodidact, and a friendly attitude
• CEH, CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent - an advantage
