The Retail Sales Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in fostering a welcoming atmosphere that embodies the principles of Bob's Way. This position is dedicated to delivering exceptional Customer Service and outstanding Sales Support. The Supervisor will ensure compliance with all company policies and conduct themselves in alignment with the Company's core values and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of the Retail Sales Operations Supervisor is to support Sales Support Management in executing and maintaining the operations of the retail office and café according to company standards. This role serves as a leader and mentor to peers, ensuring that the customer experience is consistent and aligned with the Company’s core competencies.

The Supervisor will assist in the daily operational management of the retail office and café, playing a vital role in supporting the Sales Support Manager with accurate record-keeping related to payment processes, critical performance indicators, and effectively addressing any customer delivery or escalation issues. Additionally, the Supervisor is responsible for cash handling in the office, assisting with cash drawer management, scheduling, and other task-oriented responsibilities.

Coaching and Development:

The Retail Sales Operations Supervisor will coach team members on phone etiquette, customer service standards, and effective sales support. They may also assist the Sales Support Manager in conducting one-on-one meetings and implementing mentorship or development programs.

Café Services:

This role includes overseeing café services for all customers, ensuring proper inventory management, presentation, and service quality, maintaining that the café is always ready for customers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Sales Support Associates adhere to all office procedures and process orders accurately and professionally.
  • Guarantee that Sales Support Associates are available to provide the Customer Experience in line with Bob's Way.
  • Equip Sales Support Associates with the necessary tools to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and train new Sales Support Team members while supporting the growth of existing team members.
  • Maintain a visually appealing, organized, and clean retail office and café environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Reporting Relationships:

Desired Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Five years of demonstrated exceptional Customer Service experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with logistics or systems-based technology.
  • Proficiency in invoicing, billing, or cash handling.
  • Entry-level sales experience.
