About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Program Coordinator RN to join our team at Swedish Cherry Hill in Seattle. This part-time day shift position is responsible for coordinating the planning and implementation of the Swedish Aortic Center program within the Swedish Heart & Vascular Institute. The successful candidate will have experience in cardiology and demonstrate strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities.

  • Develop and implement evidence-based care approaches to improve clinical outcomes and reduce emergency and hospital visits
  • Track and deliver treatment and outcomes data, presenting results quarterly to appropriate committees and groups
  • Lead the SAC program implementation and operational team meetings, ensuring timely completion of key deliverables
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary planning conferences, develop concise patient summaries, and document recommendations using standardized care protocols
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
  • At least 5 years of professional nursing experience in cardiology
  • Demonstrated competent clinical judgment and leadership ability
