Key Responsibilities- Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals.
- Manage Patient Medications: Safely administer and manage patient medications, including ordering and refilling prescriptions as needed.
- Facilitate Clinical Operations: Coordinate patient scheduling, laboratory testing, and other clinical activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide Education and Support: Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Graduate Degree in Nursing: Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- RN State License: Hold a current and active RN state license in the practicing state.
- CPR Certification: Maintain current CPR certification.
- Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience: Possess a minimum of three to five years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an oncology setting.
