  • Greet and Assist Guests: Welcome arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing clear directions and assistance as needed.
  • Parking Area Management: Set up assigned parking areas as directed by your supervisor, ensuring efficient and safe parking operations.
  • Traffic Control: Direct vehicles into and out of parking areas, maintaining a safe and orderly flow of traffic.
  • Customer Verification: Verify customers have the proper parking pass for VIP areas, ensuring compliance with arena policies.
  • Shift Reporting: Perform vehicle counts throughout your shift to prevent overfilling of parking areas, maintaining a safe and efficient parking environment.
  • Communication: Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates, providing clear and concise information as needed.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Communication Skills: Possess outstanding communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in all situations.
  • Teamwork: Required to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain attention to detail, adapting to changing situations and high-pressure environments.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, work in various weather conditions, and lift up to 25 pounds.
