Position Overview:

The selected candidate will oversee the complete recruitment process for various roles within the head office and satellite locations of a growing aviation security firm.

Ideal candidates will possess a sharp eye for detail during resume evaluations and phone screenings, employing innovative strategies to identify and attract the most qualified individuals. Our recruiters are driven, meticulous, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks while adhering to strict timelines.

  • Ensuring candidate applications are accurately entered in the applicant tracking system
  • Coordinating interviews with candidates (extensive calendar management)
  • Preparing offer letters
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires
  • Verifying credentials and managing I9 documentation
  • Managing open job requisitions
  • Identifying new recruitment sources and contacts
  • Performing additional related duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of recruiting experience
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with standard office equipment (copier, scanner, fax, printer)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Background in customer service
  • Aviation industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States with necessary identification
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Willingness to undergo drug testing with negative results at all times (pre-employment or random).
