Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laundry Operations Manager to join our team at MasterCorp, Inc. as a Commercial Laundry Production Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and Organize Daily Workflow: Oversee the daily operations of the laundry facility, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
  • Production Priorities: Determine and prioritize production tasks, including training, safety, performance evaluations, and tracking of poundage.
  • Scheduling and Supervision: Supervise personnel within the department, scheduling and managing workloads to meet production demands.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the delivery of high-quality products to each site within the specified portfolio, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, tracking and managing budgets to ensure financial accountability.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Associate's Degree in a field directly related to the job or equivalent combination of work experience and education, with a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience.
  • Language Skills: Effective written and verbal English communication, with bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and/or related software.
Essential Functions
  • Plan Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules to meet production demands.
  • Maintain Equipment: Ensure the proper use and maintenance of equipment to prevent downtime and optimize production.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for laundry operations, including production tracking and budgeting.
  • Supply Management: Requisition and receive supplies as needed to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Employee Management: Supervise and manage employees, including training, performance evaluations, and addressing employee issues.
