Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and professional customer service to our guests.
  • Adhere to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
  • Set up bars for operation, cut fruit, stock ice, and empty garbage.
  • Support bartender needs, ice drink glasses, and pour non-alcoholic drinks as required.
  • Wipe counter areas, sinks, and floors to maintain a clean and safe workstation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards.
  • Maintain par stock levels and order bar supplies as necessary.
  • Deliver orders and maintain equipment as required.
  • Remove and properly dispose of all refuse and debris accumulated in the restaurant and service stations.
  • Sort bottles and corrugated cardboard for recycling.
  • Resolve service issues according to established guidelines.
  • Assist with setting up for banquets and private functions, stocking beverages and paper products.
  • Provide positive communication and use Red Carpet Training skills with every patron and co-worker.
  • Perform duties in a safe manner and report any potential safety hazards to management staff.
  • Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description, where, in the company's judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Prior Food & Beverage experience helpful, but not required.
  • Familiarity with bar environment preferred.
  • Must be able to read, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.
  • Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
  • Mobility to move easily in outlet and storage areas.
  • Available to work required schedule, which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
