About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Team as a Mobile Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, building relationships with customers, and providing expert advice on our wireless products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
- Provide expert advice on our wireless products and services, including devices, plans, and accessories.
- Work collaboratively with the Retail Team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest wireless technologies and trends to provide informed advice to customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships.
- Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
