Human Resource Generalist with Bilingual Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Human Resource Generalist to join our team at Source Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment functions, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing employee cultural activities.
Handle employee relations, compensation issues, and develop and counsel employees and managers on various issues.
Manage the administration of benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
Implement and manage regulatory reporting, EEO-1, OSHA, workers compensation, and unemployment.
Prepare and write presentations for human resource policies and practices.
Ensure employees are receiving succession planning and develop plans with Managers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
3+ years human resource generalist experience.
Bilingual - Fluent in English & Spanish.
Strong preference working from a manufacturing plant environment.
Functional experience in compensation, benefits, and HRIS.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory issues.
Capability to maintain strong partner relationships with internal customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
PHR / SPHR certifications.
