Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Brooks Brothers. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Store Manager to develop and implement action plans to achieve sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services to provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and coach a high-performing team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  • Support the Store Manager in managing store budgets, forecasting sales, and analyzing business performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our store remains competitive and relevant.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar volume, apparel business.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
  • Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
