Job Overview

Empower School LLC is seeking dedicated individuals who are enthusiastic about supporting children with developmental challenges. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities for Behavioral Therapists specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to engage directly with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Teach essential skills including social interaction, communication, and play techniques.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain RBT certification within the first month of employment.
  • Successful completion of a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Speech, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in childcare or educational settings.
  • Prior knowledge or experience in the field of ABA is advantageous.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on qualifications and educational background.
