Job Summary

CTS Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to provide administrative support to our Albuquerque location. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing clerical duties, organizing facility events, data entry, and maintenance of HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and New Hire Orientation: Perform onboarding functions, including requesting background checks, IT access, and initiating electronic onboarding.
  • Employee File Management: Maintain personnel and medical employee files in a confidential manner.
  • HRIS and Payroll Management: Process new hires, terminations, and changes in HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy of employee data.
  • Facility Events and Activities: Coordinate, manage, and execute facility events, including employee engagement activities, community outreach, and holiday events.
  • Employee Support and Communication: Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly and monthly reports to key members of the organization.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Conduct phone screenings, coordinate phone interviews, and on-site interviews to facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of two to five years in Human Resources, with at least one year in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of Human Resources laws, regulations, and practices; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • HRIS and Payroll Systems: Experience with Ceridian/Dayforce/Success Factors/Employee Central database a plus.
