Quality Improvement Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Quality Improvement Manager to join our team at The Blick Center. As a Quality Improvement Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the continuous improvement program of our Day Programs department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accreditation and Compliance: Assist in preparing the Center for CARF Accreditation, ODMH, and DODD on-site surveys and reviews, ensuring ongoing compliance with rules and standards.
  • Staff Training and Development: Identify new training needs and monitor Day Program staff training compliance, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Program Evaluation and Improvement: Identify and track Day Program community outings and activities, proposing and implementing quality improvement measures to enhance programming and services.
  • Capacity Improvement: Assist in implementing the Day program capacity improvement plan, ensuring efficient use of resources and promoting program excellence.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare summary reports and analyze information to identify Day program areas of strength and needs, informing data-driven decision-making.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Conduct annual reviews of Day Program client informational fliers to ensure accuracy and compliance with rules and standards.
  • Client Outcomes and Tracking: Identify Individual ISP-defined outcomes and develop and implement tracking systems to monitor progress and ensure quality services.
  • Team Collaboration: Serve as a member of the Blick Center Quality Assurance Committee and the Blick Center Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Professional Development: Complete required training as applicable prior to expiration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
