Overview

We are currently looking for a Facilities Operations Project Leader to enhance our client's operations. This role involves evaluating training essential for preparing deploying units to function effectively in intricate environments. The position requires on-site presence and an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the comprehensive management of specific task orders, ensuring timely implementation of technical, financial, and logistical solutions;
  • Act as a monitor for energy and water conservation, advocating for the future needs of each facility;
  • Prepare and present reports to leadership regarding risks, issues, and concerns; and
  • Facilitate the dissemination of guidance aligned with leadership strategies.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • US Citizenship.
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in managing maintenance schedules, cost databases, and logistical needs for facilities, along with daily activities and evaluation planning;
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience; and
  • Proficiency in routine maintenance for multiple buildings and surrounding areas, including minor repairs and assisting in self-help projects.

Education and Certifications:

  • High School Diploma.
