About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Middleware Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technology support team, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in WebSphere, scripting hands-on experience, good in Apache Tomcat & Windows IIS, and ability to collaborate with others and solve complex problems.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills.
  • Delivery-oriented team player who takes responsibility for the team's success and strives to continually learn and improve.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of employees and effectively interact with various functional areas and facilities.
  • Knowledge of financial services industry and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, and clients.

Requirements
  • Good in Ansible & PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience in messaging such as IBM MQ, Rabbit MQ.
  • Experience with Splunk.
  • Knowledge of FIS' products and services.
  • Knowledge of financial services industry.
