We are in search of a Senior Audit Supervisor to become part of our Real Estate Audit team, with the flexibility to work from various locations.

- Collaborate to establish audit objectives and formulate an audit strategy.
- Oversee multiple audit projects while managing competing priorities.
- Review, examine, and analyze financial records, statements, and reports to evaluate accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting and procedural standards.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and effectively lead change initiatives.
- Understand and mitigate firm risk on audits and proposals.
- Supervise, train, and mentor team members throughout engagements.
- Evaluate staff performance for engagement assessments. Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in audit and/or assurance.
CPA Certification
Experience with real estate clients is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 1+ year of supervisory experience.
