Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team at Ryde Technologies in Colorado Springs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the development and integration of future-capability prototypes for the Missile Defense System.

About the Role:
This position involves full-cycle software engineering of new capabilities, including design, development, testing, and deployment. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of Agile software development processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of developers, engineers, subject matter experts, and system users.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with planning, scheduling, and development of verification analysis tools
* Coordinate, develop, and maintain analysis and test tracking tools
* Ensure proper backup and archiving of test products and analysis datasets
* Develop and maintain analysis tools in accordance with requirements provided by the test analysts, including Excel-based tools (VBA) and Java-based tools

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably with Java
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Strong teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Desirable Skills:
* Experience with other object-oriented programming languages, such as Python, C++, or C#
* Familiarity with Linux environments and relational databases
* Knowledge of software test and analysis tools
* Security+ certification
* Top Secret/SCI clearance
