The Senior Director of Marketing Partner Management will play a critical role in driving the success of our marketing partnerships. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our marketing partners, including agencies, technology platforms, and media companies. They will work closely with our Procurement organization to evaluate and select new strategic partners, and collaborate with our Brand and Marketing Shared Services stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing partner management strategy to drive business growth and optimize partner performance.
  • Manage the evaluation and selection process for new marketing partners, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and brand values.
  • Collaborate with our Procurement organization to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key marketing partners, ensuring open communication and alignment on business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to our Brand and Marketing Shared Services stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on marketing operations and partner management.
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and optimizing partner performance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results-oriented solutions.
