We are seeking a Senior Software Integration Specialist to become a vital member of our Enterprise Integration team. In this role, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, system owners, product managers, and business leaders across various levels to design and construct highly scalable, adaptable, and resilient integrations that address business challenges and expedite our journey towards space exploration.

As part of our team, you will also influence the Integration platform at TEC Group, empowering partner teams to develop secure, scalable, and world-class integration solutions.

Your software engineering expertise and dedication to quality will play a crucial role in positively impacting safe human spaceflight. A passion for our mission and vision is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with architects, customers, data owners, and engineers to enhance a platform that accelerates the delivery of integrations.
  • Design, develop, and engineer scalable, observable, and sustainable integration pipelines aimed at delivering value through data and system integrations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of data from source and target systems to understand how integrations can deliver business value, map data, and develop the necessary integrations.
  • Leverage the latest research and industry trends to create best-in-class enterprise integrations.
  • Develop solution prototypes and conduct experiments to assess alternatives.
  • Mentor and guide fellow and junior engineers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and developing cloud-native solutions, microservices, and backend systems.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing, building, deploying, operating, and scaling distributed systems.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Enterprise Integration platform services such as MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience in designing and building event-driven and real-time integrations.
  • Experience with API Management (APIM) is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Go, or Rust.
  • Advanced SQL and scripting skills (Python/Bash, etc.).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust, maintain positive professional relationships, and contribute to an inclusive culture.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar analytical field. Experience in Manufacturing and/or Aerospace industries.
