Lead Water Supply Projects
Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to lead water supply projects within our municipal client base. As a Water Supply Team Leader, you will oversee a team of technical professionals, utilize your expertise in water supply engineering, and drive success through effective leadership and communication. Job Description
In this role, you will:
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals
* Be the primary point of contact on a variety of water projects
* Develop and implement effective strategies to meet project goals and objectives
* Foster existing relationships with our water supply partner firms
* Collaborate with clients' managers and executives to ensure successful project outcomes

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
* A Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering (or a related field)
* Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Wisconsin
* At least 8 years of experience in water supply engineering, with 4 years in project management or business development
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
