Job Summary

Stability Direct is seeking a highly skilled Social Work Therapist to join our team in Monterey, California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychosocial assessments, individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents and their families.
  • Develop treatment planning and track progress towards treatment targets.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Handle urgent issues or crises that may arise with adolescents, such as behavioral outbursts and emotional distress.
  • Provide mental health education to patients and, as appropriate, to the community and other professionals.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • LCSW, LPCC, LMFT licensure required.
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.
  • MOAB certification must be obtained within the first 6 months of hire.
  • Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, or families, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy preferred.
