Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering customized training programs to meet the needs of individual clients.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, parents, and coaches to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporating new technologies to enhance training experiences.
  • Collaborating with the Toca Training Manager to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Job Highlights:

Reports To: Toca Training Manager

Location: Wixom, MI

Estimated Salary: $28-$38 per hour

Requirements:

  • Relevant youth, collegiate, or professional soccer coaching experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
