Job Summary and Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Implement and evaluate care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interprofessional teams to provide holistic care and support.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately to non-licensed staff and maintain accurate documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in an acute care setting as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License.
  • BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.
