As a Center Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient patient flow, providing superior customer service, and attaining monthly goals and performance indicators.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure compliance in all assigned centers that all patient charts are up to date, HIPAA compliant, and properly input demographics, procedures, and payments into the database
* Review scheduling and financial responsibilities and referrals with each patient throughout care
* Send precertification forms daily to the Precertification Department to account for all patients that require authorization prior to services being rendered
* Ensure centers are compliant with the collection and data input for one-month surveys
* Confirm that assigned centers perform the Daily Close correctly at the close of business each night

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting
* Must have reliable transportation to clinics that may not be accessible by public transportation
* Must be able to travel to both CVR Munster and Hobart Clinics
