- Analyze current workflows and processes, identifying areas for efficiency improvement.
- Define and deploy enhanced processes and workflows to reduce manual effort and streamline tasks.
- Develop automation systems and tools to automate routine system administration and configuration tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement automation solutions.
- Provide documentation, process guidelines, and internal training materials for system administration and automation workflows.
- Continuously monitor, optimize, and support automated systems to ensure stability and scalability.
- Work closely with vendors and external partners to ensure successful integration of automation solutions with existing systems.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Familiarity with system configuration, scripting, and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of automation tools and platforms (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet) is a plus.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and virtualization is an advantage.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines is preferred.
