  • Ensuring metric quotas for staff are met.
  • Directing all aspects of patient staffing and coordination.
  • Oversight of daily summaries, case-by-case analysis, and involvement with patients as needed.
  • Running reports to verify accurate staffing, caregiver assignments, and patient notifications.
  • Acceptance or denial of incoming cases based on diagnosis and caregiver availability.
  • Additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in home care.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Familiarity with licensed home healthcare rules and regulations, including NYS DOH guidelines.
  • Knowledge of documentation and compliance requirements.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
