Role Overview

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating all activities within the unit. In collaboration with the management team, the CNC will:

  • Monitor and assess nursing care in alignment with established protocols.
  • Serve as a resource for nursing staff, enhancing the overall patient experience.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of customized, high-quality care.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to enhance staff performance and engagement.
  • Assist in staff scheduling to optimize unit operations.
