We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our OBS Unit team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.
About the Role:

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience. You will work closely with the management team to monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree, or Associate Degree
