Job Overview
Cintas Corporation is a leading provider of laundry and uniform services, and we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. As a key member of our service support Loading/Unloading team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of garments, floor mats, dust mops, shop towels, and other ancillary products. Your goal will be to send bags at full capacity to the washroom for cleaning and drying, while maintaining daily accuracy and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Organize and weigh garments, floor mats, dust mops, shop towels, and other ancillary products before they are sent to the washroom for cleaning and drying.
- Ensure that all products are properly loaded and unloaded from the washroom to maintain efficient processing and minimize waste.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily productivity goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with the washroom team to ensure that all products are processed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or related environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
