Be a Part of the Fas Mart Team

We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier/Sales Associate. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers during the busy midday and evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves happier than when they arrived.
  • Manage the store's appearance and stock during peak hours, keeping everything organized and appealing.
  • Handle a high volume of transactions with efficiency and a friendly attitude.
  • Ensure a secure and safe shopping environment during the varied dynamics of the mid/second shift.
  • Work seamlessly with colleagues to handle the unique pace and challenges of the afternoon and early evening.
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, including regular upkeep of the coffee station, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
  • Manage stock levels and assist in inventory processes, ensuring the store is well-equipped for customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older (21 in some states).
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Basic math skills and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
