Key Responsibilities:- Deliver patient care according to established nursing standards and protocols.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Current RN license in the state in which you practice.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior RN experience preferred.
