- Demonstrate technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and clinical operations.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance nursing practice.
- Current RN licensure in Ohio and/or Multi-State Compact License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications may be required based on clinical area standards.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
