The Blick Center is seeking a skilled Home Supervisor to provide leadership and supervision to our residential team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our clients and providing training and support to our residential support staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the operations of the home and direct care staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients.
- Provide training and mentoring to residential support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage client schedules, activities, and appointments to ensure seamless care.
- Coordinate client services and ensure adherence to individual service plans.
- Assure accurate and timely documentation of resident and home operations.
- 2+ years of experience in residential care or a related field.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with less than 6 points.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
